We dispatch all items via Royal Mail 1st Class within 24 hours on weekdays (Monday to Friday). This ensures that your order reaches you promptly and efficiently.

For larger orders or high-value items, we use a trackable shipping service to provide you with added peace of mind. This allows you to track your order’s progress from dispatch to delivery.

Personalised Items:
Please note that personalised items may take up to 5 working days before dispatch. This additional processing time is necessary to ensure that your personalised items are crafted with care and attention to detail.

Return & Exchanges
At Craft Wonders, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind. Please review the following guidelines to understand our return and exchange process:
Returns:
Eligibility: You must return items within 14 days of delivery in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Initiating a Return: To request a return or exchange, use the returns request form accessible in your account order history within 14 days of receiving the order.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for securely packing items and covering return postage. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage for your records.
Refunds: Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. We do not issue refunds for personalised items damaged in transit but are happy to provide replacements. Please provide photographic evidence of any damage for us to claim back from the shipping carrier before dispatching a replacement.
Exchanges:
Eligibility: We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within 14 days of delivery. Like returns, personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for exchange unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Initiating an Exchange: To request an exchange, use the returns request form accessible in your account order history within 14 days of receiving the order. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to exchange, as well as the item(s) you would like to receive in exchange.
Exchange Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping for exchanged items unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for exchanges.
Additional Information: All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our eligibility criteria or show signs of wear or damage.
